Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will replace or refund your cost for any bottle that is damaged or flawed that was purchased. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages for any other reason than that. We are unable to accept returns of bottles damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine ordered in error. Please be sure to check the shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order online. In the event of a flawed bottle, we ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle to receive the replacement. We ask that any Flybird bottles purchased through retailers be returned to the retailer first, who will receive a replacement bottle from us. If you’re unable to do so, please reach out to us at the email listed above.
